Veronica Recondo<\/h1>\r\nAnalista T\u00e9cnico Ambiental \u2013 Programa das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para o Desenvolvimento (PNUD)
\r\n<\/strong><\/em>\r\n

Veronica Recondo is an Environmental Technical Analyst for UNDP’s Global Programme on Nature for Development. Working in English, Spanish and Portuguese, she supports the implementation of nature based planning and mapping initiatives, including Essential Life Support Areas (ELSA) mapping, the UN Biodiversity Lab, and the NASA Life on Land project. She works with national governments and UNDP Country Offices to identify opportunities to use the best available spatial data to design, implement and monitor national policies on nature, climate change and sustainable development. Veronica also supports the GBF-EAS project through knowledge management, capacity building and support to the development of technical guidance documents and reports.<\/p>\r\n

Experi\u00eancia e conhecimentos anteriores<\/b><\/p>\r\n

Antes de ingressar no PNUD, Ver\u00f4nica trabalhou como pesquisadora na Faculdade de Agricultura da Universidade de Buenos Aires em projetos relacionados \u00e0 gest\u00e3o do uso da terra na Argentina. Ela \u00e9 bacharel em Ci\u00eancias Ambientais pela Universidade de Buenos Aires e mestre em Gest\u00e3o Ambiental pela Universidade da Austr\u00e1lia Ocidental.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
