Ela presta apoio fundamental \u00e0 implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma ampla gama de atividades espaciais no \u00e2mbito do projeto \u201cMapping Nature for People and Planet\u201d (ELSA) e do UN Biodiversity Lab (UNBL), incluindo gest\u00e3o de dados, an\u00e1lise SIG, engajamento das partes interessadas e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o. Di coordena o trabalho da equipe cient\u00edfica do ELSA e tem trabalhado em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com pa\u00edses em todo o mundo para localizar e organizar dados em n\u00edvel nacional sobre biodiversidade, clima e meios de subsist\u00eancia sustent\u00e1veis. Ela tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo suporte aos usu\u00e1rios do UNBL e coordena atividades essenciais para apoiar o cumprimento, em n\u00edvel nacional, do Quadro Global de Biodiversidade de Kunming-Montreal.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Experi\u00eancia e conhecimentos anteriores<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining UNDP, Di conducted her PhD study on conservation outcomes of protected areas, and co-designed an evidence-based outcomes evaluation system for China&#8217;s nature reserves that embeds long-term monitoring efforts. Di has worked as consultant for a non-profit organization Shanshui, where she implemented the China Forest Watch project, and co-led the conservation outcome assessment of China&#8217;s largest Giant Panda nature reserve. Di also has work experience with UNDP China and the Development Research Center of the State Council. Di holds a PhD degree in Conservation Biology from Peking University, and a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marine Biology.
