Christina \u00e9 l\u00edder na constru\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade dos governos em todo o mundo para usar a ci\u00eancia e os dados para melhorar o cumprimento de seus compromissos pol\u00edticos globais para a natureza, o clima e o desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel. Ela \u00e9 especialista em reunir as partes interessadas para melhorar os resultados das pol\u00edticas de acordos ambientais multilaterais, incluindo governos, ag\u00eancias da ONU, ag\u00eancias n\u00e3o-governamentais e cientistas. Ela tem fornecido lideran\u00e7a, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e gerenciamento de um grande portf\u00f3lio de projetos do PNUD desde 2014.<\/p>\n

Christina has more than 15 years of project management experience with a focus on global scale projects. She currently advises UNDP’s Mapping Nature for People and Planet project, including the UN Biodiversity Lab and the mapping of Essential Life Support Areas around the globe. Her policy expertise focuses on implementation of the Convention on Biological Diversity, including the development and implementation of national biodiversity strategy and action plans and related monitoring programs using spatial data.<\/p>\n

Antes do PNUD, ela trabalhou para a The Nature Conservancy. Ela \u00e9 mestre em Gest\u00e3o Ambiental pela Duke University.<\/p>\n
