Elle apporte un soutien essentiel \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019activit\u00e9s spatiales dans le cadre du projet \u00ab Mapping Nature for People and Planet \u00bb (ELSA) et de l\u2019initiative UN Biodiversity Lab (UNBL), notamment en mati\u00e8re de gestion des donn\u00e9es, d\u2019analyse SIG, d\u2019engagement des parties prenantes et de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s. Di coordonne les travaux de l\u2019\u00e9quipe scientifique d\u2019ELSA et a collabor\u00e9 \u00e9troitement avec des pays du monde entier pour recenser et organiser les donn\u00e9es nationales sur la biodiversit\u00e9, le climat et les moyens de subsistance durables. Elle est \u00e9galement charg\u00e9e de l\u2019assistance aux utilisateurs d\u2019UNBL et coordonne les activit\u00e9s essentielles visant \u00e0 soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre, au niveau national, du Cadre mondial de Kunming-Montr\u00e9al pour la biodiversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Exp\u00e9rience et expertise ant\u00e9rieures<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining UNDP, Di conducted her PhD study on conservation outcomes of protected areas, and co-designed an evidence-based outcomes evaluation system for China&#8217;s nature reserves that embeds long-term monitoring efforts. Di has worked as consultant for a non-profit organization Shanshui, where she implemented the China Forest Watch project, and co-led the conservation outcome assessment of China&#8217;s largest Giant Panda nature reserve. Di also has work experience with UNDP China and the Development Research Center of the State Council. Di holds a PhD degree in Conservation Biology from Peking University, and a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marine Biology.
