She contributes to both technical and conceptual aspects of tool building, spatial prioritization problem formulation, and analysing planning solutions. She also provides support for the steps preceding tool development, such as spatial data processing, to enable efficient, transparent, and reproducible spatial planning workflows. Sandra also helps bridge science and policy by translating spatial planning methods into accessible materials for stakeholders and decision-makers.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Experiencia y conocimientos previos<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sandra holds a BSc (Honours) in Marine Biology from the University of Plymouth and an MSc in Bioinformatics from the University of Leipzig. She is currently undertaking a PhD in multiple-use spatial planning, as part of a collaborative project between the University of Queensland and the University of Exeter.
