Veronica Recondo<\/h1>\r\nAnalista t\u00e9cnico medioambiental \u2013 Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD)
\r\n<\/strong><\/em>\r\n

Veronica Recondo is an Environmental Technical Analyst for UNDP’s Global Programme on Nature for Development. Working in English, Spanish and Portuguese, she supports the implementation of nature based planning and mapping initiatives, including Essential Life Support Areas (ELSA) mapping, the UN Biodiversity Lab, and the NASA Life on Land project. She works with national governments and UNDP Country Offices to identify opportunities to use the best available spatial data to design, implement and monitor national policies on nature, climate change and sustainable development. Veronica also supports the GBF-EAS project through knowledge management, capacity building and support to the development of technical guidance documents and reports.<\/p>\r\n

Experiencia y conocimientos previos<\/b><\/p>\r\n

Antes de incorporarse al PNUD, Ver\u00f3nica trabaj\u00f3 como investigadora en la Facultad de Agronom\u00eda de la Universidad de Buenos Aires en proyectos relacionados con la gesti\u00f3n del uso del suelo en Argentina. Es licenciada en Ciencias Ambientales por la Universidad de Buenos Aires y tiene un m\u00e1ster en Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental por la Universidad de Australia Occidental.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
