Presta un apoyo fundamental a la ejecuci\u00f3n de una amplia gama de actividades espaciales en el marco del proyecto \u00abMapping Nature for People and Planet\u00bb (ELSA) y de la iniciativa UN Biodiversity Lab (UNBL), lo que incluye la gesti\u00f3n de datos, el an\u00e1lisis SIG, la participaci\u00f3n de las partes interesadas y el desarrollo de capacidades. Di coordina el trabajo del equipo cient\u00edfico de ELSA y ha colaborado estrechamente con pa\u00edses de todo el mundo para localizar y recopilar datos a nivel nacional sobre biodiversidad, clima y medios de vida sostenibles. Tambi\u00e9n es responsable de la asistencia a los usuarios de UNBL y coordina las actividades fundamentales para apoyar el cumplimiento a nivel nacional del Marco Global de Biodiversidad de Kunming-Montreal.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Experiencia y conocimientos previos<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining UNDP, Di conducted her PhD study on conservation outcomes of protected areas, and co-designed an evidence-based outcomes evaluation system for China&#8217;s nature reserves that embeds long-term monitoring efforts. Di has worked as consultant for a non-profit organization Shanshui, where she implemented the China Forest Watch project, and co-led the conservation outcome assessment of China&#8217;s largest Giant Panda nature reserve. Di also has work experience with UNDP China and the Development Research Center of the State Council. Di holds a PhD degree in Conservation Biology from Peking University, and a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marine Biology.
