Christina es l\u00edder en el desarrollo de la capacidad de los gobiernos de todo el mundo para utilizar la ciencia y los datos con el fin de mejorar la consecuci\u00f3n de sus compromisos pol\u00edticos globales para la naturaleza, el clima y el desarrollo sostenible. Es experta en convocar a las partes interesadas para mejorar los resultados de las pol\u00edticas de los acuerdos medioambientales multilaterales, incluidos los gobiernos, las agencias de la ONU, las agencias no gubernamentales y los cient\u00edficos. Ha proporcionado liderazgo, orientaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y gesti\u00f3n de una amplia cartera de proyectos del PNUD desde 2014.<\/p>\n

Christina has more than 15 years of project management experience with a focus on global scale projects. She currently advises UNDP’s Mapping Nature for People and Planet project, including the UN Biodiversity Lab and the mapping of Essential Life Support Areas around the globe. Her policy expertise focuses on implementation of the Convention on Biological Diversity, including the development and implementation of national biodiversity strategy and action plans and related monitoring programs using spatial data.<\/p>\n

Antes de trabajar en el PNUD, trabaj\u00f3 para The Nature Conservancy. Tiene una Maestr\u00eda en Gesti\u00f3n Medioambiental por la Universidad de Duke.<\/p>\n
